Victory Favors the Well-Trained!

The Mimir Water Training Program is for professionals ready to get hands-on with the systems that matter—cooling towers, irrigation, building mechanics, submeters and standard operating procedures.

The No-PowerPoint Promise

We don’t lecture—we train.

Our No-PowerPoint Promise means just that: no boring PowerPoint, no lectures, no fluff.

Just real tools, real facilities, and real outcomes. We teach through hands-on activities, magnetic and 3D system models, real-world case scenarios, and collaborative problem-solving.

Training Modules

We go beyond checklists and isolated fixtures—we teach system fundamentals.

We give the skills to diagnose inefficiencies and troubleshoot any system, no matter the type.

Our graduates learn to think critically, adapt in real time, and become true problem-solvers.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long is the training?

Most trainings run 3–4 days, depending on the facility and how many systems we cover. But some trainings are just 2 hours. The schedule can be adjusted to fit your team’s needs.

  • Where does the training take place?

Trainings are hosted onsite at a local commercial or municipal facility. We split time between the field and a nearby classroom or meeting space.

  • Do you use a classroom?

Yes—but not for lectures. We use magnetic system models, live water data, real case studies, and hands-on activities. No PowerPoints. No passive learning.

  • Do you offer beginner-level training?

Yes. Many teams are new to water systems, so we offer beginner-friendly training that builds foundational knowledge before diving into complex systems.

  • What systems are covered?

Cooling towers, irrigation systems, domestic and mechanical building systems, submeters, and water-cooled equipment—tailored to your site’s priorities.

  • What does hands-on mean?

Your team will install submeters, collect live data, inspect equipment, and practice troubleshooting with field tools like ultrasonic meters and pressure gauges.

  • Who should attend?

Ideal for municipal conservation teams, facility engineers, and commercial operations staff managing water-intensive systems.

  • Do we need to prepare in advance?

Yes. We’ll help identify a host facility, coordinate system access, and may pre-install monitoring equipment to accelerate the learning curve.

  • Can the training be customized?

Always. We tailor every training to the systems, goals, and experience level of your team.

  • How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on location, duration, and scope. Contact us for a customized proposal.
